| Are the labels attached to the bottles | | | No the labels are supplied on a separate sheet that you simply peel off and attach to the bottle. We recommend that you do this last after filling the bottles to prevent any spillage damaging the label. | |

| Strange symbols on my labels | | | When editing your labels strange symbols may appear ie ?%80%99 when you use an apostrophe. This only happens on some browsers and will not appear on your printed label. | |

| How long does delivery take | | Orders without labels we aim to despatch within 2 working days of receipt of order. Orders under 2kg will be despatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Orders over 2kg will be sent via next day courier.
Orders with Labels Labels can take between 3 - 5 days to produce, as soon as they are received from the printers your order will be despatched via next day courier.

| Do you post to Australia | | | We post the bottles worldwide, but in order to quote you the carriage charges we will need to know the exact quantity of bottles you require and the full address for delivery. Please use the contact us form to get in touch. | |

| What are your delivery charges? | | | Simply add the required quantity to your shopping basket. When you view the shopping basket, the total price with delivery will be displayed. Please note, delivey prices quoted are for mainland UK only. For highlands, islands, NI, ROI, please contact us for prices. | |

| Can you print my guests names on the labels | | | Unfortunately we cannot do this, the labels are printed in blocks so there is a minimum of 15 labels or tags of one design.

| I have not recieved any confimation of my order | | | Confirmations are generated automatically through the paypal system and a carbon copy CC is also sent to us. This way we know the confirmation email has been sent. The only times people have not recieved the confirmation is 1.the email address on your paypal account is an old one that you do not use anymore. 2. a spelling mistake on your email address or 3. Hotmail accounts! hotmail quiet often treats the confirmations as junk and puts the email into your spam folder. | |
