We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not store credit card details nor do we sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
Exclusions and Limitations
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law,this Company:
excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and
excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised this Company of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.
The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
Orders without labels - we aim to despatch these orders within 2 working days of receipt of order. Orders under 2kg will be despatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Orders over 2kg will be sent via next day courier.
Orders with Labels - Label can take between 3 - 5 days to produce, as soon as they are received from the printers your order will be despatched via next day courier.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone 'text message' and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £10 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it, to be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Printed material made to your own design cannot be refunded, however we do not want you to be disappointed so please contact us, we are only to happy to reprint genuine mistakes or solve other problems.
